Services
NK Rides provides shuttle and transportation services in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational limitations. NK Rides reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion where permitted by law.
Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to confirmation by NK Rides.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, times, passenger details, and contact information.
NK Rides is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Fares and Payments
All fares are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may require advance payment.
NK Rides reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the type of service booked.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time may be considered a no-show and may result in full charges without refund.
Passenger Responsibilities

Luggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
NK Rides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles unless required by law.
Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Delays and Force Majeure
NK Rides is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, road closures, or acts of God.
